UPDATED PATIENT NOTICE: Continuation of Clinic Closure.

MODIFIED RETURN DATE

The Clinic will remain closed with limited, part-time admin and reception cover in place over the next 2 weeks - w.b. 20th March.

We have had to move the provisional clinic re-opening day back a week to Monday 3rd April. 

This change to our plans has been necessary to give both Liz and Susan the ability to manage the administrative processes around the loss in both families since the sudden loss of Theo in January and Liz's Dad in February.

All appointments made for the clinic up to and including 31st March are cancelled. We are of course endeavouring to contact the patients affected by this change.

The admin/reception element of the clinic will be working on a limited and ad-hoc basis over the next 2 weeks (w.b. 20/3/23 and 27/3/23) as Susan & Liz work around their respective continuing Bereavement duties and admin.  We will spend this next 2 weeks contacting as many of our patients as we can to get you all rebooked into the clinic diary after the cancellation of clinics from 19/1/23 to 31/3/23. 

We extend our most sincere thanks for your understanding and compassion at this deeply distressing time for us both. 

We will begin to get in touch with all patients affected by the cancelled appointments, in the calendar order that the appointments were booked into the clinic diary system initially, plus encorporate any 'emergency needs' we note or are made aware of. 

Any messages left via phone or from emails or notes dropped into clinic etc will also be dealt with in the 2 weeks before the planned reopening of clinic. 

Please email clinic at beattiepodiatry@gmail.com with any queries if you can, as phone voicemail messages are not always reliable if we are not catching them quickly, or you can post in or drop a written note into clinic for us to deal with in this next two weeks following our return from this break in clinic service.

Please note: 

1/ No messages will be actively replied to until after 20 March 2023 and indeed it is more likely be after 22nd March; as we imagine we will need a couple of days to try and list and prioritise our 'to do' list from all the messages from our patients, suppliers and services.

2/We will be doing the admin work part time and not even at set times each day, so Please don't expect us to be in clinic at the usual times over this next fortnight. Popping by could mean you miss us. However, as long as you're aware you may not get us in and you're up the town anyway, do feel free to check and see if we are in at the time you're passing by if you need our help. 

Thank you also to all patients who have sent kind messages of condolence and cards already to both Susan and Liz.
